Welcome to the 53rd Canadian Open National
It is my privilege to welcome you to Alberta for the 2019 Canadian Open National Spaniel Championship. We look forward to this event every year as an opportunity to showcase our dog’s ability.
The club has worked hard to ensure all the ingredients are included for a successful National- great judges, challenging cover, strong birds, a great bird planter, first-rate guns and warm hospitality.
We trust the Thanksgiving weekend in October proves to be great weather, providing good scenting conditions.
We would like to thank all our volunteers for lending a hand, a great field trial event doesn’t happen alone.
A special thanks to Duck Unlimited for the use of their field. The Minburn Hutterites for the fantastic meals and everyone who traveled here to make this event possible.
